As of 2009, there are no mass produced fuel cell cars in the market. The technology is there, and GM has promised the chevy Volt, which will run partly on fuel cells, and there is the Honda FCX with a similar design . But as of right now, no other car company plans to produce a straight fuel cell car. This is unacceptible, as the technology is there, and the demand is so high for more enviormentally friendly cars that you’d have to be a fool not to produce them. When will the big excutives listen to the consumers?

If you are a senator, you have to decide which fuel system you want to promote in your state. But one has a spokesperson influencing you, and paying you to back their product, and one does not. This is exactly what a lobbyist for oil does. Becuase oil allready has a big indestry in America, it is in their best interest for this technology to never see the light of day. We can’t let this happen, people! We have to speak up for fuel cells, because no one else will. Write to your senator today.

So, with all their amazing emissions, there must be a reason that fuel cells don’t get produced in mass, right? They must not be big enough to power something reasonable yet. WRONG! Dead wrong. The fact of the matter is that fuel cells have a modular design, meaning that you can group and stack them in as many groups as you want. So that means that far from just being able to power your car, fuel cells have the pwoer to power your house, your neighborhood, your country, or your world.

So what exactly are fuel cells? It’s as simple as a battery, with a charge running from the plus side to the minus side. Hydrogen runs in from the plus side, and is oxides into 2 electrons and two Hydrogen protons. The molecules then run from the plus to the minus side, and the electrons generate the power for the motor. Oxygen is running through the minus side of the battery, which then bonds with the hydrogen and electrons to form H2O, also known as water.

So just how much power can fuel cells generate? It depends on the type of fuel cell you use, as some of the bigger (and less expensive) types of fuel cells can be stacked together to power a house. But if we assume that we’re using the Polymer Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell, which is the type of fuel cell with the most potential for the mass market, then a single fuel cell will produce 0.7 volts per reaction, at anywhere from 60%-80% efficiency. Keep in mind that hundreds of reactions go on in a fuel cell every second. The average gasoline based car runs on 20% efficiency, so this is a huge step in saving energy by itself. Factoring in cell stacking, where you can literally combine any number of fuel cells together, and you have a highly efficient energy power system that scales to any size you need. Fuel cells must be one of the most useful things ever created by man kind!

The term “Water Powered Cars” come from the fact that you actually pour water into a special compartment on your car, right next to your gasoline. The way it works is that it uses that water (H2O), in an electrolyte process to create hydrogen hydroxide (HHO) gas. That gas mixes with a reduced amount of regular gasoline to fuel your car, saving you up to 30%-70% of your gas. The solution can then easily be transformed back into water, so we’re not really using water, as it becomes recycled back into the ecosystem. There have been claims that creating the hydrogen hydroxide is harder to create than the amount of energy that you end up saving. IN other words, water powered cars is a hoax. This is a filthy claim spread by congress, in order to keep big oil in power. Don’t believe the lies. Get into water powered cars!

So how exactly do you convert your car into being powered by water? Black Magic and Voodoo? Hardly. There are many places throughout the internet where you can purchase water car conversion kits.I have yet to see one that cost more than $70, because what it really amounts to is just a water reservoir, some wiring, some fuses, and rubber tubes for connections. All that I have seen come wit comprehensive instructions, and you can have a mechanic install the system, as most know how to perform this basic procedure. There really is no reason why you should not have a hydro system in your car today.
